The 2-Yr Renewal Clause
Patients who are renewing their 329 registration may be eligible for a two-year renewal if: Patient is renewing with the same Medical Provider who certified them in a previous year; and The Medical Provider states that the patient’s condition is chronic in nature; and The Medical Provider agrees that a two-year 329 registration is in the patient’s best interest.
Additional Requirements:
1. Medical record(s) confirming diagnosis.
2. Must have one of the following Identification:
- State Identification (any state)
- Driver's License (any state)
- Active & Valid Passport

1. We are unable to certify patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

STATE OF HAWAII - MEDICAL CANNABIS PROGRAM RULES AND THE LAW
- One caregiver per patient; one patient per caregiver.
- One grow site per registered patient. - No more than 10 cannabis plants, jointly between a registered patient and caregiver.
- No more than 4 ounces of usable cannabis, jointly between a registered patient and caregiver.
- Do not use medical cannabis in a way that endangers the health or well-being of another person.
- Do not use medical cannabis for purposes other than medical use as permitted by law.
- Do not use medical cannabis in any moving vehicle, at any workplace, on any school grounds, or in any other public place (including public parks, beaches, & recreation centers).
- Tag all plants with your 329 Registration Number AND Expiration Date to ensure they can be easily identified as legal.
